The Wheatley Omstead Sharks took 24 hours to get over a disappointing loss to the Lakeshore Canadiens. The Sharks played three solid periods of hockey and outscored the Walpole Island Wild ,in Walpole, 6-2.Every win is very important to keep the team in the four way battle at the top of the Stobbs West Division.
Goal scorers for the Sharks were Captain Caetano with a pair.Singles were added by Jaydon Ferguson, Isaac Legood, Lucas Boudreau and Vito Alfano, with his first of the season. Boudreau also added an assist. It was his first points since joining the team and getting into action after an injury stint. .Shannon Olson and Denzel Aguilar had fine evenings as well with three and two assists respectively.
