Omstead’s Drop Contest in Essex

Some untimely and lengthy penalties cost the Wheatley Omstead Sharks any chance of beating the 73’s in Essex Tuesday night. The home team only scored one powerplay goal but the fifteen minutes in calls against Wheatley seemed to ruin any sustainable flo to the game for the Sharks.The final score was 4-1 Essex.
The loan Wheatley goal was scored by Isaac Legood. It came on the third breakaway Isaac had against 73’s netminder Adrian McBride on the evening. Two being clear-cut and one partial.Tonite was also the debut of former 73 player Madden Drouillard who was signed by the Sharks Monday evening.
The Sharks are back at it in the Shark Tank in Wheatley on Wednesday—Game time 730pm
