Lakeshore Shuts Out Sharks in Game One

Lakeshore leads best of seven series 1-0
Game 1-Lakeshore 4 Sharks 0

The Wheatley Omstead Sharks played the Lakeshore Canadiens tough until the 5 minute mark of the second period , at which time Lakeshore scored the go ahead , and eventual winning goal of the game.They added a second tally near the end of the 2nd frame. There was no comeback drive in the Sharks in the third, and the game ended 4-0. Nicholas Bolton stopped all 28 shots fired his way for Lakeshore.

This series is far from over. Game two is slated for this evening March 13th at the Shark Tank in Wheatley. Don’t miss some great Junior C action—Game time is 7:30 pm.
