Lakeshore Nips Undermanned Sharks

The Wheatley Omstead Sharks gave a determined effort, played hard and well but came up short by a 3-2 score in game two of the Stobbs Division semi-final. Lakeshore now leads the series 2-0. Isaac Legood posted both goals in the losing cause. Ethan Handley made 35 saves, two more than his counter part Boe Piroski. Captain Braedon Caetano,Jake Eaton,Denzel Aguilar,Justin Malayko, Jayden Ferguson and Brendan Pitre all sat out the game because of various circumstances.It is hopeful, but improbable that some will be back in the lineup in game 3 in Lakeshore on Friday evening. Game time is 7:00pm.The Sharks used the services of two of their affiliated players for the game. Nash Chittle and Jaxon Turnbull filled in admirably—thanks fellas!
