The Wheatley Omstead Sharks handily defeated the visiting Dresden Junior Kings by a 9-2 score Wednesday at the Shark Tank. The win was definetely needed to try and keep pace in the chase for third place. The Sharks currently trail Blenheim by 5 points with a pair of games in hand.
Goal scorers in this contest were linemates Isaac Legood and Ethan Hamelin with two apiece. Singles were added by Kyle Bleau, Josh Chauvin, Vito Alfano, Evan Cote and Brady Drouillard.On a quick sidenote it was the first home game for newly acquired Madden Drouillard and appearance of affiliated player 2008 born Jaxon Turnbull. Congrats boys !!!!
