The Wheatley Omstead Sharks dug deep and earned a much needed 6-3 victory over the Amherstburg Admirals Wednesday evening. The victory gives the Sharks a 3-2 series lead in their best if seven tilt. The sixth game will be played Saturday, March 1, game time is 7:30pm. If needed game 7 would be the following evening in Wheatley at 7:00pm.
Goal scorers for the Sharks with a pair each was Braydin Metcalfe, pictured above, Vito Alfano and Stefan Jacobs. Josh Chauvin chipped in three assists.
