Sharks Gain Important Win over Rival A’Burg , 4-2

Vito Alfano scores two!!

Captain Vito Alfano (14) fired two tallies in the Sharks win over Amherstburg in Wheatley Wednesday evenning. The victory puts the Sharks five points in front of the Admirals for fourth place. The Sharks next game in Mooretown Saturday evening also is very important in the battle for third place honors.The schedule is half done and every game from here on out will be very important in positioning for playoff matchups. .Also scoring for the boys from Wheatley were Vito’s linemates Josh Chauvin(11) and leading scorer Stefan Jacobs(12). Rookie Grant Symons(2) notched the winner early in the third period.
