Five different players scored goals in front of 267 fans at the Wheatley Area Arena to lead the Wheatley Omstead Sharks to a 5-1 victory over the visiting Dresden Kings.Vito Alfano, Braeden Caetano,Brady Drouillard,Shannon Olson and Kyle Kelly scored for the Sharks.Jaxon Drysdale stopped 22 of 23 shots in the net for Wheatley.
The win moved Wheatley 3 points in front of Blenheim and 6 points in arrears of second place Lakeshore.
Next action for Wheatley Omstead Sharks is Saturday, December 23rd @ 4:30 PM vs those very same Lakeshore Canadiens.
