The Lakeshore Canadiens ended the season for the Wheatley Omstead Sharks on Saturday afternoon by defeating the home team 7-1. The short staffed Sharks just didn’t have anything left in tank for the game after three fairly tight played games in the week previous. Lakeshore now awaits the winner of the Blenheim and Essex 73’s series to challenge for Stobbs Division Banner. Essex leads that series 3-0.
The Omstead Sharks would like to thank our loyal fans for their great support during this hockey season. We look forward to returning to action in September. Also we would like to say Good Luck to Lakeshore and whomever they play in the upcoming finals.
