Olson Nets a Pair in Victory!!!

In what was considered a big game for the Wheatley Omstead Sharks to keep in the hunt for third place, ended up being probably the most lack lustre game of the season. Mooretown rode into town, scored four goals in the first period and went on to thump the hometown team 5-1. Wheatley is in fourth place, eight points behind the Blenheim Blades.Mooretown is in fifth, 11 points behind the Sharks.The loan goal scorer for the home team was Shannon Olson with his 20th goal of the season.

Things wont get any easier for the Sharks with their next game being in Lakeshore this Friday evening , January 27th at 7:00pm.
