Sharks Get Bitten By the Beasts

In the week before the Christmas break the Sharks faced the undaunting task of facing the first place Essex 73,s followed three evenings later taking on the second place Lakeshore Canadiens. In Essex they played the 73,s fairly well but came out of the contest on the bottom of a 5-1 score. Stefan Jacobs scored the lone tally for the Sharks.

Friday in Belle River the squad played much better, but ended up on the same losing side of a close 4-3 score. Scoring for Wheatley were Josh Chauvin (14), Stefan Jacobs(16) and Colton Selwood (2).
