Amherstburg Ends Streak in Wheatley

Amherstburg scored in the very first minute of the game and added another first period tally to jump out in front of the Wheatley Omstead Sharks in PJHL action Wednesday night. The Sharks closed it to one goal on a tally by Colton Selwood(2) before the end of the second period.The Admirals bumped the lead to 3-1 before Seth Zylstra(1) closed the gap to one goal again with his first of the season. The Sharks pulled their goalie with 2 minutes remaining but Amherst managed to pot two empty netters to drive away with a 5-2 win.

The Sharks are right back at it Thursday evening in Walpole Island—Game time is 730pm
